The process of Cascade Fermentation
This fermentation method was invented and patent-registered by Dr. Niedermaier. Here, within 8 weeks, the fermentation mixture is repeatedly digested by different fermentation procedures with different micro-organisms. Thus, the quantity of vital substances contained in this mixture can be increased considerably. Moreover, an amelioration of the ingredients is obtained by the repeated fermentation. The smaller these are, the better the body can absorb them. With the cascade fermentation, a method based upon bacterial disruption, the company managed to imitate the metabolism almost perfectly.
The specialty with this fermentation method is that the nutrients like proteins, fatty acids and carbohydrates are converted in to enzymes if possible. Due to this conversion, these nutrients are positively usable for the human body. By the use of the cascade fermentation, substances are used for absorption of vitamins and trace elements that normally are not intended for this purpose.
